In Cairat we have been in the kitchen for 39 years and we have seen the evolution of the region, the richness of the wine, the gastronomy, the culture, and with these premises we bet to work the cuisine of our grandmothers. What do you think if we prepare a Sephardic Menu with kosher wines? We present dishes that take us back to our childhood, such as a bread dipper with smoked sardines and vegetables, fritters with bread, wine and sugar or a truffle with salt and oil produced in the region.
